I really enjoy staying at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The staff is the standout. They’ve gotten to know me, they’re friendly, fun, and always joking around in a way that makes you feel welcome. Good location, clean, great pool, friendly staff. Building is, however dated and cleaning staff didn’t come till very late in the day 3:30-4:00. I’d be back in my room by then from a long day so passed on the room service most days. Other than that, it was great. I’d stay there again

Room was clean, however the bed was not the most comfortable. Surrounded by bars that stay open late so at times it can be noisy- but a price to pay to be central to all the fun.
