Overall we loved Cozumel Palace. The service was over the top excellent and they make you feel like the most important person there. I cannot stress enough how much we like this resort. This hotel is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff was even better. Accommodating, friendly, answered questions and very attentive. The pool was fantastic. The only down side is that there is no sand beach access to the ocean, but that is nothing the hotel has control over. Great property. Will be back!
