1st time flying into Cozumel and this hotel was perfect—friendly staff and centrally located for all the entertainment. The rooftop had a fantastic view, and next to the hotel was one of the best restaurants, “ Ambar”, which you must go to when at this hotel.

Great place

Fantastic hotel downtown 5 minute walk from the ferry port. Next to the main square. The staff is fantastic and the rooftop is a great place to get away for awhile.

I highly recommend Coralia if you are looking for a hotel in Cozumel. The location is right by the pier and in a quiet but pleasant place. The staff is very nice and helpful, very accommodating and made our visit delightful.

Amazing service! Clean and the housekeeping was amazing, front desk was so friendly and helpful! Francesca recommend great stuff always checked in if we needed help. We were right in the centre of Cozumel everything was nice and close, enjoyed my stay will definitely recommend for other visitors!

Great hotel! Lovely rooftop with a great view, nice rooms all newly renovated, quiet location at night but also so convenient. Front desk staff Francesca and Antonio helped me multiple times per day with great food recommendations, organised my scooter hire and gave local advice in general. 6 stars for the staff! Priced well too.

I stayed here a wonderful 5 days. It is a small new hotel with modern style and conveniences. I especially enjoyed my morning tea by the rooftop pool. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is still being worked on and I am sure it will be even more enjoyable when they finish.

This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience was stellar!

The Coralia Hotel is a boutique-size hotel on a pedestrians-only street right next to the main in square in downtown Cozumel. We found it very modern in design and look, perfectly clean, safe with a 24-hour staff presence at the door, and a great little rooftop pool looking out at the Gulf. Francesca and Antonio were wonderfully helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. We felt very welcome and cared for. Price, location, and staff make this a great choice for a stay in Cozumel!
