Everything about Coral Princess Hotel and Dive Resort is excellent. Just to name a few, the entire staff couldn't be any better, the food is excellent, our room was wonderful, the pool area and the views were beautiful. We'll definitely be back to enjoy it all again.

Really enjoyed the stay, my only issue was, and it maybe because it was end of season, the bar restaurant did not open and the pool bar restaurant closed by 5pm meaning heading elsewhere for dinner every night.

My room was perfect. Very clean and the view was incredible. I'm new to diving, and Island Divers took such good care of me. The area just out front was perfect for snorkeling, as well. I was there solo and never felt lonely or unsafe, even walking in town at 1:15 am!! Great place!

Great hotel! Ask for a fridge in your room they have a few extras they can put in there if they’re free. There is a coffee machine in room but you have to buy the coffee. It’s about a 20-30min easy walk to town or $100MXN taxi ride. The snorkeling off hotel is pretty good. The pool and beach area is lovely, lots of loungers and umbrellas. The dive shop on property is the best!! Great place to stay if you like quiet.

I think the reviews here are unfair. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is reasonably priced and as such one shouldn’t expect an all inclusive resort experience. The dive staff are amazing, and led spectacular dives. Thank you everyone for a wonderful 5 days.

Great view from balcony. Inexpensive taxis to town, and airport. Good snorkeling right from the hotel. Warm Ocean to swim and snorkel in. Nice warm pool to spend time in. Decent exchange rate for cash, right at the front desk. Enough lounge chairs and umbrellas to be comfortable right at the hotel's ocean front. Friendly service from hotel staff. Easy to watch Sunsets right from the room, or the top floor viewing area.

Clean and simple property. Only restaurant and bar closes before 5p, firm beds and pillows, must rent a car or tax to restaurants and shopping. Ideal for snorkeling right in front of the hotel without a tour! No room service. Fairly good for the price if you like firm bedding.

Getting enough drinking water was an issue. The shower would not stay on. The water kept coming out of the faucet and not the shower. Staff is great. We have been here many times and hope to come back

The ac was working only on cold status and they doesn't have real blankets only cover for bed me and my wife catch a cold because of that. and the price for night doesn't worth it, better go to a cheaper hotel in the center like kiil hotel.

When staying at a hotel at that price you should get a complimentary breakfast and not have to pay for it. Every room should have a fridge. Just wasn’t what I was expecting.

The pool was freezing. Our door handle broke on the first day and continues to have issues, the hot water did not work the first two days after they said they fixed it and lastly our room was not served even with the service sign needed on the door.

Our favorite thing about this property is the snorkeling right offshore! Great fish and eels, and so convenient. (For comparison, the second half of our trip we went to a hotel down the island that is a "dive resort", and the snorkeling was terrible!) Also really liked that this hotel was about 30 minute safe and easy walk into town, or 75 peso/5 minute cab ride (always ask how much the charge is, they will try to rip you off; also always have pesos, because they will convert it in into a much higher rate in US dollars). Cons were that the hotel breakfast was pricey ($15 for full buffet, $7 for continental breakfast buffet with fruit and bread), and the restaurant was not usually open for lunch/dinner, nor was the bar open at night. There was a pool side bar open throughout the day though. Overall nice relaxing convenient place to stay, and awesome snorkeling!
