I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The place itself is basic but has everything you need, and it’s impressively quiet and clean. A great choice if you’re looking for simplicity and exceptional hospitality. A great location walkable to all the restaurants, hot water and air conditioning work great.

This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re visiting the island for a night or two and want something simple, quiet, and well located.

Theresa was extremely easy to communicate with. She connected with us on WhatsApp and kept in touch with us the entire time. She helped us with great recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All located very close to our room. She also helped with a scooter rental and also provided us a space in her personal garage to keep it stored at night. Her dive recommendation led us to a life changing experience for my new diver girlfriend. Theresa has been in the hotel travel industry for many years and has the soft touch required to make your stay in Cozumel the best you’ve ever had. We will stay with her her puppy “Booking” again. Theresa will always have a place to visit in Charleston when she’s ready.

Teresa was super nice. She helped us save $50 USD with a coupon to a local beach club and held our belongings till after. That was extremely helpful. The location was both close and hidden away from traffic/music noise. We will definitely be returning.
