Rooms were ok but heating didn’t work so room was cold. No blankets on bed. Had to go find one in the cupboard which I think should have been already on the bed as it was the middle of winter.

Given wrong room than what was booked, no plates for toast, very stale bread, paint peeling off bathroom wall. Over priced for lwhat you get and for the town it is in. Dissapointed.

I didnt like that they had put cereal into bowls covered with cling wrap. Went to make coffee and the mug had remains of tea /coffee still in it. Went to make toast and the jams were frozen in the fridge.. Power point next to the bed coming off the wall ,safety issue.., smoke detector had a shower cap over it , Light shade slightly coming off..
