“I would remove all the curtains as they have mould on them and stick to the windows. Replace with roll 3 roll down blinds. Microwave needs to be updated or put in convection oven.”

“The room was spacious and the on-site facilities are great. The location was also very convenient- only a few minutes from shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from the penguins. The major drawback was feeling pressured to participate in a 90 minute club presentation on arrival. I said was not interested and did not want to spend my precious holiday time at a presentation but this was rejected repeatedly. This was a poor way to start our stay. “Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them. Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good”
