“We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lodge was spotless, beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need. We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful little extras provided, including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bathrobes and towels. “Very large and well appointed room. Nice breakfast (although kitchen add-ons can take a while), and really nice restaurant. The grounds are very scenic too.”

“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”
