Very old hotel. Rundown. Not in a good area. Room had a smell that needed to be aired out. Room on 3rd floor. No elevator.

Would have been a perfectly fine stay - it’s quiet, the few staff we encountered were polite - if not for the fact that our room absolutely reeked of cigarettes from the previous guest. The smell never went away, even with the window open and the fan on all night. We had a wedding to go to so we didn’t get in until after midnight and by then the staff was gone from the front desk. Even at the decent price we paid we were very disappointed. I would not stay here again.

Due to the snow/ Parking is available anywhere in front of the entrance as long as you are not inconveniencing another vehicle upon entering/leaving. Excellent/ friendly staff. Food is within good walking distance. Shopping center/more food options is a 3 minute drive

I’ve paid 243$ to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, when I arrived… let’s just say this is nothing compared to pictures they put on display on Expedia. When I tell you pictures are deceiving, THEY ARE DECIEVING. First of all let me tell you about the size of the room, in the picture it appeared to look spacious when I was there it was small in cluding the bed. The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and it was proven until I looked into the dresser and there was dust that was accumulated. The window has bunch of dead bugs and the hangers they provided look bent. The paint job looks horrendous and rushed. There is tape on the AC holding its dear life. The only decent part about this room was the bathroom but still looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. I also I need to add there’s no 24hr receptionist. I’m very disappointed and I would not recommend it.

Cost was reasonable, hotel was very quiet with comfortable beds. It is an older hotel and requires TLC but was overall happy with our stay. The staffs were very friendly. My only disappointment was when booking through Expedia, the website mentioned that the hotel was dog friendly and that there were no cost for service dogs which wasn’t the case and had to be pay an additional $30 per night which was very frustrating.

It felt very odd. The room was clean yet spartan in appearance. Self check in was odd but not daunting. We spent 2 days and didn't see any staff or even other guests. Absolutely nothing to complain about it was just a bit unnerving.

Older hotel, definitely needing some modernization. The reception is hosted from a distance, they laid out keycards and instructions for registered guests - this felt strange. Quick over night stay my son and i didn't need a large room as we were checking out early - we were on the 3rd floor so relatively quiet. I will say there are NO rugs through the hotel and it makes it cleaner... But the room we were assigned was small, plugs were old and the bathroom had inverted plumbing (hot is cold and cold is hot)... Bed was not ideal, i was happy i brought my own pillows. There was a cat walking the halls who decided to miaow insistently at 3 am... I have submitted a complaint to the text line we were provided. You also do self check out - no one at reception There is definitely some room for improvement, but you can save 100-150$ a night if you are not too picky.
