I booked this place for the airport shuttle service run by Theo own friendly staff. Covington on the KY side is a funky (in a good way) town, a smaller version of OTR across the river. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building with contemporary interior tastefully done. Apart from one minor hitch, the service was very good. Oh, and both the coffee and breakfast, stellar!

It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!
