Lovely hotel located near the top for the mountain. Clean and safe hotel with parking. There is also a pool table and a sitting area to chill. Breakfast was included.

Stunning views and comfortable rooms.

Spectacular views. Very clean and comfortable. Up a very long and windy, steep road so didn't want to venture back out and ate dinner at the hotel. Food was good enough but rather pricy for what you got. Breakfast was spectacular though.

Nice place with great view. Note that the pool is not heated. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but the shower is awkward hard to not get water on the floor. I would return.

Great views and pool, but need a car

Location - great views over the city, but there is nothing nearby, so need a car to access any shops (there is a shuttle bus to the city that passes by a number times a day) Service - excellent, especially from Bernardo on reception. Accommodation - very comfortable, large bathroom, views over the pool to the city Eating - full breakfast was excellent. There is a restaurant on site. Wi-fi - excellent throughout Summary - recommended

Staff were very helpful, got great tips from them on local restaurants. What we booked on Expedia wasn't exactly what they had but the staff worked hard to get us as close to exactly what we thought we had booked. The pool is absolutely lovely but very cold which was surprising as it's not very deep and we thought that sunlight alone would make it much warmer.

Uma estadia feliz

Estadia maravilhosa, com um staff verdadeiramente incrível. Desde a simpatia das meninas da receção até à atenção do pessoal do pequeno-almoço e do restaurante Vista – Serra da Estrela, que, por coincidência feliz, reabria precisamente no dia da minha estadia. A única ressalva é a ausência de opções de comida fora dos horários habituais. Num sábado de verão, com calor intenso, o bar da piscina abriu apenas às 15h30 e encerrou às 17h20, deixando mais de 30 hóspedes na área de lazer sem alternativas para bebidas ou snacks. Fora este detalhe, tudo esteve simplesmente impecável.

Excelente localização, instalações com ar velho

O Hotel tem uma excelente localização, estacionamento, uma bela vista mas as instalações parecem mal cuidadas dando assim um aspecto de velho. Se quiser aproveitar as instalações, vai ficar devendo, agora se for somente para dormir e passar o dia fora, uma boa opção.

Ne conseille pas !

L'hôtel manque énormément d'entretien que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous avons soit disant été surclassé. La chambre : Lampe tachée, peu de lumière (un spot à l'entrée, une lampe sur pied et deux petites lampes de chevets), le papier peint qui se décolle. Dans la salle de bain le joint de la baignoire mal fait, baignoire balnéo qui ne fonctionne pas et fuite d'eau au coin de la baignoire. La chasse d'eau des toilettes qui fonctionne pas correctement, obligé de prendre la douchette de la baignoire comme chasse d'eau. Le resto n'était pas catastrophique et le petit déjeuner non plus. Le seul point positif est la piscine et la vue C'est maximum un 2 étoiles

El personal del hotel muy amable y muy agradable. Buenos profesionales. Sin embargo, el hotel no es de categoría 4 estrellas. Sus instalaciones necesitarían una reforma profunda y tiene muchas deficiencias. Soplaba el viento y sonaba muchísimo en las habitaciones (cerramiento de ventanas muy malo). La calefacción funcionaba mal y pasamos mucho frío.
