Hotel was great, plenty of choices for breakfast. Secure parking. However, the hotel is situated at the bottom of a long steep hill into the town centre where bars and restaurants are. There are a couple near hotel though. We walked up and got a taxi back costing only 4€

Falta de limpeza

A nivel de limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar , principalmente no wc. Quando cheguei existia 3 copos onde 1 deles continua residuos de pasta de dentes do cliente anterior o chão da casa de banho lavatório cheios de cabelo, tive que me dirigir à receção também para pedir toalhas pois eramos 3 e só tínhamos unicamente 1 toalha de banho Ao qual eu deportei à recepção onde me disseram simplesmente que pediam desculpas. Dois dias depois dia de fazer check out entreguei o copo sujo na receção porque nada foi feito

Muito bom!

O hotel sofreu remodelações há pouco tempo e está muito moderno. O pessoal era muito simpático! O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas fui informada que há alguns quartos assim. O pequeno almoço é ótimo, porém não têm panquecas. Acho que é um ponto de melhoria, mas de resto tudo ótimo. Chegamos um pouco antes das 14h e o quarto já estava pronto.

Muy buen hotel, ubicado en la orilla de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de restaurantes, y el centro comercial Serra. Un buen hotel a buen precio. El personal muy amable y atento . El desayuno continental bien surtido, con yogurt, fruta , cereales, pan, quesos, fiambres, huevos, tocino, cafés y jugos surtidos. También cuenta con estacionamiento. Muy recomendado, volveremos pronto !

Um pouco ao contrario!!

A estadia foi muito bom, pois tenho ficado neste hotel quando viajo para a Zona da Covilhã. Há porem um aspeto que gostava de referir: Quando fiz a reserva através do vosso site, dizia lá que o quarto tinha varanda e virado para a cidade. Ora, o que aconteceu é que o quarto realmente tinha uma pequena varanda, mas estava ocupada com dois modulos de arcondicionado exterior. A vista para a Cidade tambem não correspondia à realidade, pois estava voltado para poente e a unica vista que tinha era para uma grande parade vertical, isto é, sem qualquer vista.
