“Excelente abadía convertida en hotel, extraordinario entorno y ambientes que evocan la vida en un castillo. Majestuosos jardines ideales para caminar y disfrutar del paisaje. “The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I...
