“Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. “When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “”

“Presently surprised at the quality of fixtures and fittings- towels, bedding, decoration, soaps and all the little extras. Huge room, very comfortable bed. Was supplied with a small fan due to the heat wave which was welcomed if you stood infront of it but didn't really reach everywhere. Quite room so we slept extremely well. Excellent breakfast and service . Staff very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to booking again for a long weekend. Didn't give 5 stars for all categories as entrance...
