Vacations Close To Cove Shopping Center

Our stay ant this hotel was very disappointing. It was extremely difficult to get into our room because the door lock did not consistently work with the key card. When we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell. We also tried to use the TV, which was advertised as having cable, but it only had over-the-air channels and even those channels did not work .I tried to call the front desk from the room, but the phone line was not working. A technician came and told us that, at that time, there is not phone service in our room. The next morning at 6. 00 am the emergency alarm went off. We were very alarmed and left the room because we thought they might be a fire, but no one provided any explanation or information afterward. A technician said that is normal for the temperature. There was also an USB outlet in the room that was supposed to be available for charging a cell phone, but it did not work, so we had to buy another one. Overall there were far too may problems for a hotel stay. The room and the facilities were not in acceptable condition and we were very disappointed with our stay.

The bathroom had baby roaches. the entrances were covered in ants. the door locks didn’t work… but great distance to the beach. Great views and a cool pool area but we won’t be back
