I stood in line for over an hour. Half of that time there were two attendants not helping anyone. No one informed me of the cap in the pool and that attendant ran over and yelled at me. It’s also not one your welcome paper.

Great hotel but not recommended for light sleepers as it was really really noisy. I laugh when i saw the earplugs on arrival but end up using them. Otherwise the kids loved the second level and the location is great. There is a parking garage at 1 min walk down the block. The fridge and coffee machine were really useful. We had some sewers smell in the room after the second day that kind of ruined the experience.

The staff was awesome
I made a mistake in my reservation but the staff was very attentive and helpful
Me and my son stayed for 8 days and he definitely coming back
