Beautiful hotel , excellent standard and right next to the exhibition halls. Great view and the best breakfast selection I think I’ve seen in any hotel I’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay again.

Food was not at all at par with its 5 star rating. Concierge was not helpful at all. We were scammed by a taxi driver just bec concierge didnt help. Nothing memorable at all in this hotel. I paid for 3 people’s accommodation but received only 2 in all amenities in the room esp towels mugs slippers etc. everything needed to be requested

Helt nyt hotel i Guangzhou, lige op af messen. Uovertruffen personale, altid hjælpsomme og smilende. Værelserne var store og rene. Super lækker morgenmadsbuffet, men ellers et meget svagt udvalgt at drikke og spise i restaurant og lounge. Samtidig var poolen ikke lavet færdig, hvilket man ikke bliver informeret om, når man bestiller eller checker ind. Overordnet et dejligt ophold, hvor personalet skinnede mest igennem.
