Staff was nice but… the maintenance man sprayed bug spray up and down the halls, several times a day!! The hot tub was broken and the pool looked questionable. Our room was musty, the curtains had something all over them, and the bedding had orange stains. Multiple families with kids and parents YELLING up and down the halls on the first and second floor.

Staff was friendly, room was clean BUT some light bulbs were out and the spout for the shower/tub came off. Don't turn on the heat, it smelled. Don't rely on the casino cab, Uber if iffy there also. Did not try the breakfast, also the doors Slam shut hard and loud.

The hotel is a good location, near two major interstates. Downtown Omaha is ten minutes away. The hotel is tired. It needs upgrades. The staff is nice, but likely I wouldn’t stay there again.
