The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We had an issue checking in because hotels.com didn't assign a room to us when we made the reservation. We will happily stay at Westgate the next time we are in the area, but we will be making our reservation directly

Nice property.. clean, quiet. We just stayed one night to visit Cherry Springs which is about 20 min away. Very convenient. A&W restaurant was delicious!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Also getting a call from manager saying they had no 2 double bed rooms open would I be ok with 2 king size rooms instead which ok. No extra charge. Very nice. Then we go to check in the guy at the counter says I have you in a king suite with a king bed and pull out couch. I said No not what I was told. I will not be sleeping on no couch. I want the 2 king rooms like promised . He did do what was promised. Thank you!!

Andy, the manager/operator was very accommodating. We were a small group of 5 wet motorcyclists. He had us park in a pavillion attached to the driveway to dry our gear and bikes off. This is a very rural area. Given that, the place was clean, and the lawns were impeccable. The rooms were large and everything worked. Food was available (including delivery) near by, and there was a continental breakfast. Overall, this is the best stay we have had along this route in several years!!!

They have an adorable cat on staff! It greeted me at the door and was waiting by my room when i went in. Clean, convenient and comfortable accommodations for anyone wishing to check out the night sky at Cherry Springs.

The hallway where my room was located had an extremely overwhelming smell of someone’s expired dinner. The smell permitted the room and entire hallway. There was no escape from it. At breakfast (7:00am) they ran out of coffee and did refill it.

Lacking at breakfast. Fortunately Kaytee restaurant is 0.1 miles away. Bed was quite comfortable but the pillows weren’t. Ended up folding a bath towel to sleep on.
