We had a nice stay. Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. We noted the hot water was not very hot but everything else was great.

Drink options were great! My mother especially loved the endless coffee and fountain drinks, which are free! Staff is always very helpful, nice and respectful. We went to celebrate her birthday and it was great. IHOP was very clean, great food, prices were reasonable and servers were welcoming
