Breakfast was good and parking safe. What wasn’t good was the elevator it mess up the same day we got there. Being in the 3rd floor wasn’t good for my husband’s back and sciatica he suffered a lot. The 3 days we were there they never fixed the elevator.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was breakfast with no food, the breakfast closed at 9, it was 8 am and still no food and no intention to make more, no waffles either, the entire time of the breakfast. The room was okay, but it was not the cleanest and newest room, the building was kinda old. The sheets were terrible, with a lot of pilling. No hairdryer. We never had a key, they were out! so we needed to ask the receptionist to open it for us when we checked in. The night receptionist was the only good thing about my entire stay, she vas very nice and helpful. Other than that, I do not recommend.

Our stay was peaceful and the room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. We liked the amenities of the gym and pool. Really the only thing that wasn't good was that there was a baby cockroach in the bathroom, which I killed, and later I noticed that there were some ants coming in from the wall that had been badly patched next to the tub. I didn't alert the manager because I did not want them to spray poisons while we were there. Also, the air conditioner made a lot of noise all the time, really should have been a little quieter. Otherwise, everything else was acceptable and we would probably stay here again in the future.
