Photo "Grade II*listed The church dates from the 12th century onwards. There is a western tower with spire, nave with aisles and clerestory, chancel, vestry, and south porch. The tower dates from the late 13th century and is topped with a broach spire with lucarnes. It is 99 feet tall. A ring of six bells dates from 1598. The nave has three bays to the north and four to the south, and dates from the 14th century. The clerestory was added later, the line of the old roof being visible inside. The chancel is probably older but with perpendicular windows, the east window has stained-glass from circa 1890. The south porch was built in 1851 and originally had a priest's room over. The south door is Norman with zigzag patterning. There is a font with a base from circa 1200 and a later octagonal bowl. Originally there was a gallery and organ at the west end of the nave, but these were removed in 1866. The east part of the north aisle has been sectioned off as an RAF Memorial Chapel. It was dedicated in 1949. There are plans to create a meeting room in the north-west corner of the church." by Jules & Jenny (Creative Commons Attribution 2.0) / Cropped from original
