Huge hotel, good staff, massive room. Very popular hotel with the locals so there are a lot of people at this hotel, including casino floor and shops. So a lot of crowds. But it's an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location.

Room was spacious and lovely. Staff was gracious, attentive and knowledgeable. There was no need to leave the hotel except to taste Macanese food. There’s even a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Chinese border so you can walk across.

The husbands played golf while wives watched. We were on tours during most of our stay so did not shop much or go to spa. We did eat breakfast in the Food Court both days and our food was delicious.
