We had the best time! ☀️ Go to the lazy river bar and see Manuel & Jassiel! They made the trip so much fun. The pool concierge Julio is amazing! We remembered him from when he worked at Secrets Moxche and we were so excited when we found out he worked here. He made our anniversary extra special!

Our first all inclusive vacation. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The daily room cleanings are awesome. The restaurants are hit and miss. Avoid sakura. Meet some people, make friends, and enjoy.

We had an ocean front privilege master suite and it was beautiful. It was brand new, two separate bathrooms was lovely. The food for us was just okay, some good, some not good, waits were sometimes long but hopping this has improved as they had recently just opened. The biggest issue was tryin to get a beach lounger. On the privilege side there were only about 12 with palapas and in Feb we had to go out around 6 am to get one. The beach is beautiful in this area and the staff are all so friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay such a gorgeous resort. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pools weren’t overly crowded and the service was 10 out of 10. we stayed in a room with three people, and it was very spacious. Overall I would recommend this hotel and looking forward to visiting again!
