The staff was excellent, the room was clean. The property was fantastic. Customer Service at property was one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I love the room as it had a balcony you can open which is a very unique feature. But overall, I highly recommend this place. I will save this location as my go to spot.

I was blown away with the quality of my stay. In addition to how beautiful the prioerty was, the staff was friendly, the amenities were also great. Other points: Loved the little bags of ice instead of the rickety machines that most hotels offer. Best hotel shower I've had in years! I wish we'd have stayed more than a night. However, i think we found our go-to whenever we come back to the city!

Remote controls dont work well, clocks are always wrong with no way to change them, ice melts in the fridge (no ice machines they give ice), garage elevator was broken, smelled like Marijuana on our floor, painted over damage in the shower that was leaking, which makes me worried about mold.
