I was blown away with the quality of my stay. In addition to how beautiful the prioerty was, the staff was friendly, the amenities were also great. Other points: Loved the little bags of ice instead of the rickety machines that most hotels offer. Best hotel shower I've had in years! I wish we'd have stayed more than a night. However, i think we found our go-to whenever we come back to the city!

Remote controls dont work well, clocks are always wrong with no way to change them, ice melts in the fridge (no ice machines they give ice), garage elevator was broken, smelled like Marijuana on our floor, painted over damage in the shower that was leaking, which makes me worried about mold. Checked in at night I had reservations. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Easy breezy check in. I used the parking structure which was fine, all worked seamlessly using parking card. My room was perfection, spotless clean! The bed was very welcoming! Clean white crisp duvet & sheets:) Very comfortable, slept wonderfully. I did not have breakfast. Check out was easy breezy.
