This hotel his muggy and hot. There are no nearby emergency stairs for safety. Never staying here again. The only good thing about this hotel was housekeeping (they are the sweetest people) and the baristas at the Starbucks.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was wonderful- especially the bellhops! Only minor issue was with the air conditioning- It was on full blast and couldn't be turned down. But as hot as it was we were happy to have a working ac! Loved the breakfast in the morning- one less thing to worry about.

We had a nice time spending 2 nights and will definitely book in this hotel on our next trip. The staff especially Juanito our parking attendant and the bell boy who brought up our luggages were both very courteous and welcoming. We also had our dinner at the restaurant there on our first night. The food was great and the ambience was nice and cozy.

The hotel, the service, the amenities and the food, were great. However, I did not like the fact that is paid parking (45 USD) per night and I mistakenly thought that, like most of the hotels that I have stayed at, the parking was included in the total price I'd payed. So, it was a surprise to find out after I had booked the hotel that the parking was not included. Additionally, I for sure did not like the fact that when we left, we saw a car with an smashed window and when I read some of the Google maps reviews of the hotel, I saw a review that another car had an smashed window as well. So it is a recurrent problem of thefts inside that hotel's paid parking.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean. The property was fantastic. Customer Service at property was one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I love the room as it had a balcony you can open which is a very unique feature. But overall, I highly recommend this place. I will save this location as my go to spot.
