L’hotel è impeccabilmente pulito, molto ben organizzato e davvero bello. Si percepisce la cura in ogni dettaglio. Ma ciò che vogliamo sottolineare...

“Francisco's attitude was very annoying when he refused to provide an invoice upon check-in and payment. When we asked for the invoice, he told us it wasn't possible and that we should have requested it earlier. He wasn't clear about it since we had just requested it after paying. This had never happened to us in any hotel. He gave implausible excuses and said he would send it upon checkout, which he never did. It was abusive on his part.”

“Nice room, clean, had a nice balcony and we had new towels everyday. Could WhatsApp staff if needed. Meta is quiet but road outside can be busy at times. Lovely pool, opening times could be improved but always somewhere to sit and relax outside. Could do with another mirror as only the one in the bathroom.”

“Good location in Sorrento. Our room was interior, so no noise.Anyway, city was quiet at nights. Clean and confortable rooms ”
