Loved the updated interior. Clean and tidy. The only negative was the showers need more water pressure. Overall, would highly recommend this property.

5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!

Home like experience

A fantastic experience all around great communication through texting and emails. Let me know all the details. Everything was very clean. You felt like you were staying at a friend’s house. We will definitely come back again.

Left Out In The Cold

We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience I’m sure the place is lovely but we will never know. My family and I were literally left out in the cold by the owner of this VRBO and we are still waiting for our refund a week later.
