Pros: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping. Comfy bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was nice to have a fenced in yard for the pups. Cons: Shower went from freezing to burning hot on 10 seconds. No specific parking so had to do street parking in front on home.

Very small place. Maybe 200 sq. ft. Nice location and perfect for a couple. Problems: 1. A/C couldn’t cool entire place. Thankfully it cooled the bedroom, and 2. Bed was good, but the rest of the furniture needed replacing.
