Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The whole building should be condemned. It's not safe. They're doing construction and have everything out even though it's a hazard. The lights constantly flickered on and off. The elevators didn't work, so my handicapped mother had to walk up the flight of stairs on her broken ankle. The cabinet in the bathroom fell on her when she got up from using the toilet. There was multiple holes in the wall where the cabinet was hanging. It was very unsafe. The air conditioner frozen up during the night, so it was so hot in the condo.
