Rental was ok and outdated. Third bedroom with double beds was so hot, that my family member went home. The rest of the home was cool. In the master bedroom. the ceiling fan did not work, the cable box did not have power, the toilet was running on our second day and the shower head did not spray evenly. Property stated we could have 10 people and three cars can park on the property. There was a sign on the refrigerator that stated only 8 people can stay at the facility and we only received 2 parking passes laid out of the front door. I requested for a third parking pass, but they only asked if we received our passes. WiFi was provided and we still did not have great reception at the rental. Also, be ready to leave at your assigned time on the dot. Cleaners walked in as soon as we walked out of the rental. Cleaning fee was also outrageous at over $500.

The overall experience was disappointing. The host took over six hours to respond to my request, which made communication frustrating. The pillows were visibly dirty, and there was no hot water in the bathroom sink during my stay. Throughout the night, I was kept awake by a constant dripping noise coming from the roof directly onto the window. Additionally, the electrical outlet only worked when the light was turned on, so I was unable to charge my phone overnight. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay.
