Great location. The place has what is needed and you just pack your bag and head to the beach. It’s not a posh place so if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place for you.

Stayed at The Seaside Boutique Hotel in 2024 and came back this year and it was an awesome experience. The ladies at in the front office we're very friendly, made us feel right at home as soon as we checked in. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Best hotel on the Island!!

The room was super clean, they left lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, no sand anywhere which I think it's amazing considering they are 1 minute from the beach. Air conditioner working perfectly. Netflix on all TVs. The beach near to it is espectacular, warm, clean, it's not cristal water though, but none of the beaches in Port Aransas is. They have wifi, and a pool. Honestly we didn't go to the pool, as you have the beach pretty close, you can walk less than 2 minutes and you're there, that's convenient af.

I'll start with this: I would stay here again. The location makes this place. It's as close as you can get to the beach in Port A. It does come with some downsides. The AC units are loud and the curtains don't block out the parking lot lamps. I wore a sleep mask and ear plugs. We expected the weekend guests to be partying and making a ton of noise, but the rooms have solid walls and if they did make noise we couldn't hear it. We had intended to only stay a couple of nights before moving on to another location, but extended our stay.

We stayed three nights at this location, perfection location (the beach is literally 20 steps away). Staffs were all very friendly and helpful, the office had snacks throughout the day which was very convenient when the little one got hungry. The room was kind of tight, but other than that our stay was amazing and had so much fun!
