We liked our experience at the room we stayed at. Located right next to the pool and spa. But I did find out that I liked staying at the cottage better which we stayed at the first time to our visit at the Pelican Bay.

Great quiet place to relax with family. Pool at hot tub awesome. Each cottage is very nice with outside rockers and a bbq pit. This is the 4th or 5th stay for our family and we will continue to use this pleasant facility.

The room was nice enough. All the coffee fixings except for the coffee in the room. When we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have coffee but we could buy some at Dollar General. Also, we had to take out our trash and strip the bed before we left… that’s a first. The property was nice. Pool and hot tub area was good.

Good Facility, very clean. Several minor items in room. Commode had drain problem and coffee maker was very slow as it needed a cleaning or a new one.

Main door only had one working lock. Door was hard to open and close. A/c was not working very well. I have stayed here before under previous owner and it doesn't meet their standards.

We were so pleased to be able to prepare our own food when we wanted to. Nice to have breakfast in our pj's. The bed was wonderfully comfortable!!

I really liked that you could walk right to the pier and the private pier access. It was clean and a cute little property. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it did its job, not fancy but comfortable.

The area is not well kept, the pool looked very cloudy and you could not smell Chlorine at all. The room had a sour smell to it. The area just seemed a little shady.
