From beginning to end this was a great place to stay. Friendly front desk staff, clean room, the updates are wonderful. Our room included microwave, fridge, new tv, desk area, nice bed. For the price, location good , cleanliness and the great staff, you can't beat it. We will be back to this location.

It was Great experience to stayed here. Would recommend. Stayed here and was very happy with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Staff was very positive and helpful, Awesome people, great energy. Bathroom was nice and clean. Easy to park vehicle front of room.Service was excellent.

Cigarette burns in bedding. Bed not made. Trash in room. Dirty floor. Door bent, letting light in. Overwhelming smell of bleach. Very low water pressure. No trash can inside. A/c did work. Aminities did work.

Well it started out bad when we walked in, nobody at the desk and a note on the window saying “ring bell one time do not bang on glass or kick wall”. The beds had stains on the sheets and pillows, no towels or trash cans in the room. We went to dinner and when we got back EMS was there along with 4 patrol cars, can only imagine why. I would strongly recommend to run from the place. Sorry just wasn’t a good experience at all.

I’ve been here before oyó took over and I thought it would be different but no Same people are running it and they have no experience in running a good stay they wanted to charge me extra just for asking for extra towels. The rooms looked run down with door knobs that looked like they broke into that don’t lock properly. I really thought being run with different company would make a difference, I thought wrong wouldn’t recommend at all!!!!

When we came there was nobody at front desk. There was a note to say ring the bell which we did for over 20 minutes It took 30 minutes for somebody to come and help us check in. Rooms are very dirty with doors, falling apart spiders cockroaches in your room. Nothing as advertised on the web.

False advertising and when I tried to cancel, got the runaround for DAYS. I am now having to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card because they refused to cancel in person, they told me I needed to sign in to a program I have never used to cancel it online (yeah, didn’t book thru them, so can’t), then after multiple days had them tell me via chat I needed to call in. So they couldn’t help me at the desk, after multiple days of chatting with them online they couldn’t help me, and finally told me I needed to call, what, the front desk that couldn’t help me to begin with? If I was able to give a 0 star, I would.

Awful stay

Restroom and room were ridiculous awful. Not cleaned and not anything like pictures on the website. I demand a full refund. Restroom toilet was broken. Roaches in room cigarette buds on top of air conditioning unit. Then lady at front desk puts a sign no refunds on window. She moved me to another room. And that one was awful also. No happy with this stay.

Didn’t stay Went to check in and no one was in the office or showed up to check us in. When we called the number they said there was no reservation for us. Entire place was very dirty and rundown

Room was dirty, shower has no door/curtain, saw a cockroach in bathroom, light in bathroom is not working, one of the towels is stained. For the price that I paid, it was a terrible room.

Clean but shabby bedding.

I liked the location and price but the value wasnt there. My bedding was torn and had cigarette burn holes. The location is near walmart, chick fil a and a gas station within walking distance. People were living there for weeks. Trash can was full and right outside our door when we arrived. I did like the bananna trees. Those gave it a tropical vibe. Its not far from the water which was convenient for my fisherman. There were a couple of rooms that had ramps for handicap individuals.
Cigarette burn in the clean sheets.
Door was all scratched inside of the restroom.

Don’t fall for it

The hotel isn’t family friendly, it’s the kind of place you go when you’re seeking illegal activity. The property and room are not as pictured and was very dirty. The sheets wouldn’t stay on and the mattress was blood stained and moldy. We only stayed a little while to gather our bearings after a long day of travel and then went back home. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. This listing is very misleading.
