Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊

Miss kitty's staff was great but seemed held back from making decisions on property to many management companies seems like nobody has full control of property it has changed for the worse family stayed extra night asked for new towels and denied probably going to stay somewhere else next time thanks for the good memories

Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal.

From a long-time customer: This is a jewel of a place @ we come at least 2x per year. BUT: 1. A big change not noted in advertising or at booking: No one 16 or younger is allowed in the hot tub. I wish they would revert to allow all ages if supervised. If concerned about childrens’ health from the heat, pls just set the temp a couple degrees less. Also, they now close the pool/hottub at 8:00 p.m. Please extend! Some people have been out all day or returned late from supper & need that soak! 2. They used to serve a hot breakfast several years ago which was always delicious & well attended. Wish they’d add that back in. We’d like to keep coming, but are looking around for a place that better meets our needs in the future.

Booking didn’t match description

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. However the description did not match what I got. Pictures didn’t match the booking either. Full kitchen is actually a community kitchen. Room does have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. Great WiFi service. I booked a pool side room but when I got there I was placed in a different room facing the parking lot. No one ever notified me if this change. There is no black out curtains so headlights were shining in our room at all hours of the night.

We stayed in LaLa’s room at the Laguna Reef- 2 adults, 2 kids under 8- for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect. Lobby Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well decorated and comfortable! Parking was easy- never had an issue with finding a spot. Super close to public beach and all the fun shops in town. The ocean views from our balcony were amazing. We will 100% stay here again!!

The entry door would not close unless you slam the door when closing. The porch by the entry door and chairs outside had a lot of dirt on ground.
