Unbeatable Value and Top-Notch Hospitality in Aransas Pass! We had a fantastic experience at Conn Brown Harbor Inn during a quick impromptu weekend trip. The value here is incredible—what we paid for our entire three-day weekend stay was equivalent to what a single night usually costs at a standard hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every area of the property was exceptionally clean, including the parking lot, lobby, hallways, and guest rooms. We were especially pleased with the daily housekeeping, as they made the beds and replenished fresh towels every day. The location is extremely convenient: * Nearby Conveniences: Just minutes from local restaurants, gas stations, and H-E-B. * Local Attractions: Right down the road from Conn Brown Marina and Mickey’s. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay, this is hands-down the best value in town. We will definitely be returning!

Room and hotel were clean, staff was nice and helpful. I liked having an outside and inside entrance to my room. I missed the complimentary breakfast by 10 mins, wish it was out a little longer but I should have been mindful to check their serving times.
