Cleaning staff were good. Manager and Supervisor were very poor at communicating efficiently and effectively with customers staying there. Often just blatantly LYING! about Internet/WiFi being fixed. Internet/coverage was bad to non- existent in a large area of the building. It took 16 DAYS! To get it working! The picture on this survey is NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE ROOMS!!
