It had everything a traveler would need! The decor was charming, lovely, quiet, and had substantial self- serve breakfast selections. Tiffany showed us the layout when we arrived and made sure to let us know that if we needed anything, that she would be available to assist us, and she did! When we return to Coronado, we hope to stay at this lodge.

A comfortable stay

This B&B was clean and comfortable. Nothing hyper-fancy, which was fine with us. Pricing was good, especially relative to other properties in downtown San Diego. 15 min walk to Coronado beach and Hotel Del. Comfortable bed. Infrequent air traffic at North Island. A good score!

I love this place! It was quaint, you could walk to Orange Av (just a block away and yet it is so quiet!) and so pretty inside. The breakfast parlor was a nice surprise and there were so many nice options in the fridge (yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cheese) on top of fruit and toast, bagels, coffee, tea, pastries... You have a fridge in your room and there is a microwave outside. My only complaint is that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I requested a softer one and they offered me a better one but still that is something for the property to work on because they were terrible. Mattress is okay, a bit hard but nothing terrible. Would I return here? In a heartbeat. I am already planning the return trip and staying more days there.
