My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our family. The room we stayed in did not have working AC for the first three nights and despite our requests each day, the hotel did not move us to a room with working AC until the final night. We had to sleep in a 29c/85f degree room each night and did not sleep well. The hotel did nothing but shrug us off and did not offer anything in compensation. Other than this, the hotel would have been fine. The restaurant staff had great service.

Walking distance to Coron port, which is great for taking an early ferry. Our room was clean and well appointed. However, the bed was so rock hard that we are convinced it was a box spring and not actually a mattress. It was painful to lie on and we had very little, very poor sleep. The hotel put on a very good buffet breakfast. One gentleman who waits on diners was attentive and friendly. Other staff at the hotel were indifferent.

The staff are friendly, the tours are great. The massage is awesome.. but the property needs a massive renovation, the rooms are quite dark, rhe bed is hard. The tiles from the pool is coming off. It looks grim. I was planning on staying st the island but i shy away since i was afraid condition would be similar. The view of rhe pier is nice espwcially during sunset but the property itself is rundown.

The photos online are very deceiving. This hotel is in need of major repairs and updates. We were told there was a gym, but upon inspection, none of the equipment was in working condition and we felt unsafe even trying to use it. Let alone the gym area was filthy. Our room air conditioning (room 208) was emitting a terrible smell but was necessary to keep the room cool. The pool was missing so many tiles you could barely step into it because of the exposed concrete. The outside patio/pool area was so overgrown with weeds and dead grass it was not enjoyable to relax out there. Aside from the delightful and friendly staff, this hotel was not what was depicted in the photos and I would not recommend this to anyone.
