Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall buchen! Eine Mitarbeiterin erklärte mir, dass ich "wegen Probleme" dort nicht übernachten kann. Der mit Visa-Karte gezahlte Betrag wurde mir vom Hotel nicht erstattet. Bezüglich meiner Reklamation meldet sich Expedia auch nicht auf meine e-mail. Sollte man überhaupt noch über Expedia buchen???
