We had a really wonderful stay at the Perkins House! My wife and I only spent a night here but the hosts were wonderful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Restaurants and shops were also an incredibly close walk to the B&B which was a great perk. We would absolutely stay again!

From the time I called to arriving,to out departure we were treated like family. Better than family in some cases. Beautiful place that felt like home. From check in with tour to breakfast next morning. Will definitely be back❣️❣️

This place is perfection! The owners are beyond welcoming and so accommodating. The entire place gives off a warm and cozy feeling which makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, it’s nice and quiet but is still walkable to retaurants nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are decorated so beautifully and are very clean. The breakfast was also so delicious and fresh. My boyfriend and I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!

It was a totally amazing spot. All decorated for Halloween. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was superb. We enjoyed visiting with the guests at the breakfast table. We have already booked for another stay in November. Keith and Gretchen, the owners, were very accommodating and delightful!

The location was perfect for us. We like to wander the Cornish area, but it is also very convenient to get to Portland or the mountains in New Hampshire. The owners are very accessible for suggestions or assistance. The breakfast meals were excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The historic setting of the Perkins house was very fun to learn about—it has a unique history and the owners preserved it’s originality. It was decorated to the extreme with antiques and knickknacks which made it feel a bit cluttered and our bedroom was so full of things that there was not much room left to lay out our things. But the breakfast provided was delicious each morning and was very satisfying.

Delightful getaway

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. It looked great, but I was afraid to put any of my own things on the dresser because I thought I might overlook them amidst all the other items when it came time to leave. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

This place is just amazing. It’s so cozy and welcoming. Gretchen and Keith are wonderful and just the sweetest couple. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure and hang out with Dulce again. Breakfast was to die for. I wish I’d had room to eat it all.
