Host and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Displayed a genuine interest in their guests and their company. As a couple in our 70's we found the stairs a bit challenging. Great location by train station.

Would absolutely recommend!

This was the first place we stayed on our trip to Ireland, and it was a very good first impression indeed! Probably not for you if you're looking for something large and luxurious, but it was clean, everyone was very friendly and our breakfast both mornings was delicious!

The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The room was comfy and quiet and I enjoyed my stay a great deal. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Would recommend!

We didn't get to stay at Clon Ross, but were sent to Oakland B&B across the street. The room was shabby and noisy - from the street, but also from the piping. When other guests used their toilets at night, it made an incredible noise so we couldn't get to sleep much. The "great" breakfast wasn't great at all, toast and thin coffee, no fresh fruit etc...A disappointment considering the price!

Judy was a lovely host! Just the sweetest! Plus we were right across the street from the train station which was very convenient! I didn’t manage to have breakfast, but my partner did and he said it was very good!

Directly across the street from the train terminal and easy walking distance from both bus terminals. Very small but adequate in every way. There is no air-conditioning but most places don't have it. The breakfast was very good. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very helpful staff. I arrived later than the standard check-in time, and they were willing and able to accommodate that. The bed was comfortable; the hot breakfast was lovely (perfectly cooked / toasted); the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

Very clean and comfortable room, great location too the town, 15 minute walk to the bus station and right across the street from the train station. We offered a full Irish breakfast every morning.

Great staff and clean rooms

The hotel is next to the station and a ten minute walk of the bus station. The family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Although the room was rather old, it was as clean as it could have been.
