My room was clean and spacious but, unfortunately the window faced the inner atrium and not the outside where I could have a view of the city. Check-in/checkout times were needlessly long and the person at the counter was not a happy soul. There was an automated check-in/checkout booth but I didn’t try it as I’ve had no luck with those. The pool was amazing and my room had one of the most comfortable beds ever.

Excellent gym and good pool/sauna. But room was quite dirty - bathroom floor and bed coverlets were stained, carpets had not been vacuumed. There was zero water pressure water for a shower and the beds were too soft.
