“Hotel service very good, friendly staff, great breakfast choices and easy to get about locally. However bed was terrible, felt like springs broken and could not sleep very well.”

Both evening meal and breakfast was to the highest standard. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.”

“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”
