This hotel was well maintained and in a great location walking distance into town and the beaches but close enough to feel away from any hustle and bustle. The staff was nice. The dinners were good. I’d suggest ordering off the menu.

A hotel that relies on tourism. The rooms are generally clean, but you can tell the hotel isn’t exactly brand-new anymore. You have to pay for things that shouldn’t be part of a 4-star experience (e.g., coffee capsules). Facilities like the pool and fitness center are good, though here too you can see signs of age (sun loungers). Breakfast is sparse but good.

Above all, the Staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Nico serving drinks by the pool and the Manager who was there to greet us VERY LATE upon arrival and to suggest future Greek Islands to visit upon our departure. We obviously will come back to this location again however… No issue getting pool loungers and the 2nd pool was perfect to catch more sun in the afternoon. Short but perfect stay and still € left in my wallet as everything was very reasonably priced in Corfu.

Beautiful and relaxing

The hotel is pretty good and the staff is better. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, but the juices could be better. If you don’t like cats around you during the meals or you’re allergic, that is a problem.

High end for a 3* hotel. Looks very impressive especially around the pool and modern rooms with quiet, efficient Aircon. The private hot tubs with the honeymoon suites is a nice touch. However, we were disappointed the honeymoon suite didn't have the 4-poster bed like the photos of the room. Location god to walk to restaurants, supermarkets and beach. A bit surprising that Nespresso pods and bottles water has a charge and toiletries weren't replenished readily. Got really bit, probably just a Greek island thing, take bug repellent! Lovely setting for couples.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance and the beach just a 10-minute stroll away, making it ideal for both dining and relaxation. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleaning standards are impressively high, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment throughout our visit. The amenities are top-notch. The pool area is lovely and provides a perfect spot to unwind. The gym is well-equipped, allowing for a great workout even while on vacation. We were also impressed with the food and drink offerings at the hotel; everything was delicious and fairly priced, adding great value to our stay. The spa options were fantastic, though I highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot. Additionally, the hotel offers friendly transfer services, making our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Here’s a polished review you could post: We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Lena Mare Hotel in Corfu and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, which was clearly a priority for the team. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. It is easy to see why Lena Mare has received so many positive reviews over the years. Having now stayed there ourselves, we can honestly say that every one of those reviews is thoroughly deserved. Thank you to everyone at Lena Mare for making our stay so memorable. We would not hesitate to return and will certainly be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at the Lena Mare. The restaurant and bar staff were lovely especially Neku and Elaine breakfast was good with fresh bread and good coffee. The room was lovely but with no view. This was fine as we don't go on holiday to stay in the room. The walk to the hotel from the restaurants is fine if you are able but by Greek standards was not too steep. It is 15 mins walk to the beach.

The parking was easy, and plentiful. Breakfast was timely every morning and had a variety of options from eggs, fruit, waffles, yogurt, meat, cheese and bread. Located only a 5 min walk from the main strip of town, there were so many restaurant, cafe, ice cream and souvenirs. We would stay here again.

Great Stay in Corfu

My wife, mother-in-law, and I stayed in the sea view suite that is remodeled, room 201. We very much enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice room with a large bed and individual bedroom. There is a single non-pullout sofa in living room. There was one bathroom. The unit includes a kitchen with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. The parking is very convenient. There are two lovely pools to use. Solid buffet breakfast with warm food options. The employees were all very kind and warm with us. We used our rental car and drove to Kalmaki Beach that is only about 15 minutes drive away. Lovely peaceful beach that is highly recommended. The beach nearest the hotel was not our favorite. It’s a legit 15-20 minutes walk from hotel, and since we had a car, we found a better beach option. There is a quad rental place very near if you need to rent something. Overall, Great stay. Beautiful sunset from balcony. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Highly recommended for the value. Bad: The internet is non functional. Don’t expect to use it for much. The sink in the kitchen area constantly ran, which was a waste of water. The shower did not drain properly and resulted with water all over the bathroom floor.

We recently suffered a bereavement in our family and booked this stay for a few days of peace. Sadly, our check-in experience was one of the worst we’ve ever had. The receptionist took our IDs and payment, then rushed through the hotel information so quickly that we couldn’t understand how to use the air conditioning or TV. After 15 minutes of trying ourselves, we had to call for help. A staff member explained the doors and windows had to be fully closed for the AC to work, but despite this, it kept cutting out every few minutes. Our room is next to the pool, so it was extremely noisy, and the windows offered very little sound insulation. I also have a heavy cold and was surprised there were no tissues in the room. When I asked reception, I was simply told, “No.” I also asked about room service and was met with a dismissive response. Each time the AC stopped, the receptionist became increasingly rude, insisting she’d already explained it and even telling me off for calling again. At one point she sighed loudly before sending someone who admitted he worked in the restaurant and didn’t know anything about the air conditioning. Eventually the manager came, but the problem continued. We had virtually no sleep because the room stayed hot all night as the AC repeatedly stopped working. When I called reception during the night, I was told there was “a problem in the area” and nothing could be done. No apology, no empathy and no alternative solution were offered. Rude & dismissive

Das Hotel ist sowohl an sich und von den Zimmern her sehr schön und ruhig. Besonders aber möchte ich das Personal loben, es wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass unser Aufenthalt für uns angenehm ist und für jede noch so kleine Frage und Angelegenheit, die wir hatten wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Unsere Suite ist sehr sauber gewesen und war sehr geräumig, man hat sich nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Allgemein war das Ambiente einfach sehr gut. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war stets lecker und ein guter Start in den Tag. Es war leider nur nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber trotzdem ein grundsätzlich sehr gutes Frühstück.

Infestation de fourmis dans notre lit à notre retour à la chambre. La réception n’a rien pu faire, nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel le soir même. On nous a promis un remboursement par courriel, qui n’a jamais été effectué. Service décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
