Close to the city centre of Kavos, but far enough from the streets to be bothered by noisy nightlife. Hosts were lovely and we really enjoyed both the rooms and pool.

It was a lovely stay, I was with two friends and the room was very spacious and nice, nice staff and beautiful pool. Very well located, it was a quick walk to everything we needed in Kavos, close to the bus stop in case of the need of taking a bus somewhere else.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. We booked three nights but left after two because the accommodation was simply unacceptable. The air conditioning units were outdated and took 5–6 hours to cool the rooms. The refrigerator barely worked, and the margarine we stored inside melted. The cutlery was dirty on arrival, and the beds were terrible, with worn-out, squeaky mattresses and springs digging into our backs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet smelled, the flush kept getting stuck, and after every use I had to open the cistern and adjust the ballcock to refill the tank. There was no toilet roll holder, and the shower curtain was too small, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. On our second night, loud banging on the door frightened our children and made us feel unsafe. We left the following morning and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The host was unwilling to listen to our concerns or resolve the issues. We even had to argue to receive a refund for the unused third night. I would not recommend this property, especially for families. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and did not match the advertised listing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
