Muy bueno, divinas vacaciones. Falta un poquito de personal. Uno debe armarse la mesa solo, pocas reposeras, falta sombra o sombrillas cerca de la pileta, para estar cómodo con niños. Pero lo demás muy bueno en relación a su precio.

El spa no funcionó el Finde semana no había nadie que ofreciera el servicio.la pelear climatizada temperatura por debajo de los 30 grados.en el área de gastronomía poca variedad y no reponian algunas preparaciones. Saladas y dulces..los mozos pocos atentos cucharas descartables para el desayuno. Nadie que se haga cargo para ofrecer una respuesta .antes las necesidades planteadas.hermosas instalaciones para pocos servicios...

Elegimos el lugar para pasar tiempo en familia, un cumpleaños del abuelo. El hotel en general está muy bien. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, aunque la limpieza podría ser un poquito más esmerada. El resto de las instalaciones funcionan algunas sí y otras no. Excelente la señora que proporciona el servicio de spa y masajes. Excelentes las animadoras contratadas para los niños y adultos. Una lástima que el gimnasio se encuentre prácticamente abandonado, con los aparatos rotos y sólo dos o tres mancuernas. En cuanto al servicio de comidas y buffet en líneas generales está bien si la exigencia del paladar no es alta.Probablemente lo que haga falta es más personal para atender a los huéspedes, ya que son numerosos los contingentes que llegan para almorzar y desbalancean el momento. En las habitaciones es pobrísimo el servicio de tv por cable, ya que en realidad no existe como tal, sólo se ven unos cuantos canales, y de la tv pública. El entorno es fantástico para quien busca tranquilidad y naturaleza. También será de desear que quienes se encuentran en recepción manejen y brinden información precisa acerca de cuestiones tales como condiciones de cada reserva, ya que prácticamente tuvimos que hacer medio escándalo para que nos reconocieran el late check out pactado prácticamente con un mes de antelación (y tampoco tenían claro la hora del mismo)...A pesar de éstp, creo que subsanando estos inconvenientes, para manejarse con varios niños y siendo un grupo numeroso, es el lugar idea

Tuvimos una mala experiencia. Contratamos una habitación cuádruple y nos dieron una triple. Pedimos el cambio inmediato y nos hicieron mala cara para cambiarla. No volveríamos! Piletas sucias, poca comida, mala atención del personal, la sala de juegos era deprimente. No es equivalente el precio con la calidad y servicio.

Hermoso lugar falta servicio

El lugar es excelente para familias con hijos ( cuentan con animación ) . Las instalaciones son limpias y funcionales . Lo único que señalaría para mejorar es la falta de personal ( en la pileta hay un solo Barman para todos y pedir una limonada puede llevarte 25 min ) . Y la comida del té es insuficiente para tantos huéspedes. Para ser un all inclusive le falta abundancia

El hotel no sabia de la reserva.no era habitacion

Cuando llegamos el hotel no estaba informado de la reserva y nos una habitacion con camas separadas. Eso tambien trajo problemas a la pareja xq el lugar para dormir juntos era escaso. Mucho calor en la habitacion xq quisimos prender el aire y como es centralizado todavia estaba en calor. Para solucionar nos pusieron un ventilador. Despues fuera de la habitacion todo barbaro, mas alla que frente al sauna habia un solo baño y estaba una parte toda rota con arreglos por terminar. El lugar doñado en cuidado por fuera, la comida muy rica.
