Great location and gorgeous apartment. We weren’t sent any emails/communication prior to check in so were a little worried upon arrival but there is information on the door when you arrive and a WhatsApp number that was super responsive so we didn’t have any issues completing the online check in.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and modern. It’s also in a great location. The only complaint was that the wifi kept dropping which would’ve been difficult if relying on it.

The room is very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It looks out to the big plaza. Air conditioning was great. The large windows were covered with a combination of sheer and blackout drapery. It’s got a fridge (empty not like big hotels), which worked perfectly for me. I usually like to buy my own drinks and keep cool in the fridge. Bathroom is the right size for me (as a guy). It’s also modern—everything worked great. The biggest plus for me was the washer-dryer unit. It’s a single machine that does both. It was great to wash some of my clothes.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The room was nice and clean as described. The bed however we were not informed until checked in that it was a pull out bed which isn’t what you need after a full day of travelling. It required some moving around and fiddling. Regardless it was still comfy. Good location with many nearby stores. The only issue was we stayed at a hotel owned by the same company which was much more up to date and did not require adaptors. So I was surprised when I arrived at this one and needed it. Similarly there was no iron in the room but available once we messaged the host the next day.
