Very spacious room. Great staff at check-in. Fresh baked cookies are a nice touch. Maintenance needs help in the plumbing dept. Breakfast would benefit from adding biscuits & gravy, and eggs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing due to very worn pillows on the bed. The sitting chair was very worn and needs to be replaced. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.

Room had plenty of space, comfortable bed and variety of pillows and was clean. This was just a late night road trip stopover for us, but I'd recommend this hotel!

When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.

The staff was professional, the facility was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was a 2/10 at best. The website advertised a breakfast buffet. We saw some kind of thick, white gravy that was supposed to pass for sausage gravy. It was absolutely inedible without flavor of any kind. The biscuits could have been used as ammunition. The fruit bar consisted of tiny, hard, not quite ripe apples and a couple cups of yogurt. We decided to skip the buffet and grab something at Buc-ee's up the road.

Staff has always been very professional, kind, approachable and nice. We drive down from Kansas City it takes 10 1/2 hours what I love the bed is so comfortable I always get some good rest after that long drive. Having allergies, alot of times when I stay at a hotel I can't breathe because it's stuffy this has not been the case the 5 times we have stayed.... My only suggestion check the water pressure and hot water. A nice HOT SHOWER WOULD BE GRAT!!
