The renno was TERRIBLE!!! Obviously bid to the Lowest contractor!!! They didn't change the ugly brown doors. The tile and bath fittings "fit n finish" was ridiculously off. Drawers rubbing walls, switches upside down. The surroundings were a mess, I mean they were still mid renno but if you're a working business, maybe hire a contractor who understands that the public, aka paying customers, will be in the facility? We didn't go into the pool area, but from outside looking in, it was not appealing. Staff was helpful and kind but that's the only good thing I have to say at this time.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. But the construction noise indicates they are possibly in the process of that. The lobby had holes in the floor. No one was at the desk when I arrived at 3:00 pm. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in. The room smelled musty. There was dust everywhere in the room and food wrappers on the floor near the bed. The desk chair was broken. The bathroom was clean. The bedspread was stained

Staff was very friendly. One major issue was the pool heater seemed to be broken, and the pool was the reason we chose to stay at your hotel. It was too cold for the family to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too.

The staff were real good people, very polite and courteous, but the room smelled very musty and stale. It’s a good $80 hotel but certainly not good for $130. The bathroom was old and worn out which made it look unclean. They probably clean as good as they can but it just needs remodeling. Kudos on the staff, it’s just the rooms are way overpriced.

The facility was not clean. There was mold around the toilet and shower. The bed skirt was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The furniture was old and tattered. I wiped the wall with a wash cloth and it was yellow. For $140 a night, this is unacceptable. The guests were allowed to holler and run about down the halls well past 11PM. Would not recommend.

The lobby and breakfast area were misleading that our room was going to be that nice and clean. Our room had black mold in the bathroom especially behind the door on the wall where they rarely clean. The room had a moldy musty smell to it. There were ants on the nightstand and when I moved the nightstand out from away from the wall to see where they were coming from there was a significant amount of trash and old food that had fallen behind the stand that had not been moved and cleaned behind in what appears a long time. The nightstand also left a mold impression in the carpet. This is very unfortunate since the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was what you would expect.

I was not aware ahead of time that they were doing construction within the building. So, it was very dusty all around (including where food was being served) and the noisy work would start as early as 7 am. The staff was fine. They seemed pleasant enough. They just didn't speak much while assisting you, very quiet. Bed was comfy and room looked nicely updated. However, it was like the room wasn't finished. We had no dresser or anywhere to put our clothing. And although the phone shelf was a nice touch, it should've been placed by the bed. We also had no toilet paper when we checked in but was able to get some with no issues.
