All the staff are extremely kind. Breakfast was good, but I think it would’ve been better served in the larger area, not in the makeshift room:( the bed was actually comfortable! Pool area was a little sad but I know they’re doing renovations!

This particular hotel was collecting donations for all the tornado victims in London Kentucky and surrounding areas. Locals were bringing in meals for those staying at the Hotel who lost their homes. This felt personal and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful

Catastrophe. Lobby under construction. Stink everywhere. No breakfast bar as Idicated . Beds..... should have slept on the floor. Shame on you hotels. Com. Should have done your homework. Never coming back here and truly questioning the integrity of hotels com and also an Expedia derivative.

They were renovating so, it was a little messy. Our room was okay. The bathroom tile was missing pieces of grout, so it wasn't great to walk on and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice seating area. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good.

Budget inn with typical pealing wall paper and dirty grout. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast average (some fresh fruit, the rest was all processed). Breakfast area was clean. Plenty of parking, easy access to highway.

Hotel is under construction so is going to be really good soon. But staff was exceptional, breakfast was wonderful, love the spacious suite. Pull out could be more comfortable though. Thinking the renovation will take care of that

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. But the construction noise indicates they are possibly in the process of that. The lobby had holes in the floor. No one was at the desk when I arrived at 3:00 pm. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in. The room smelled musty. There was dust everywhere in the room and food wrappers on the floor near the bed. The desk chair was broken. The bathroom was clean. The bedspread was stained

The place is in poor condition. Access is very strange. As always, comfort inn has good breakfast. But I have never stayed in one of their facilities that I would rate so poorly. Everything in this hotel needs repair! On that note, we thoroughly enjoyed the area
