Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel is advertised as “excellent,” but there are no genuine reviews to support that claim. The room was not properly cleaned—there were clothes left behind in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The WiFi was extremely weak, often unusable or completely unavailable. There is no front desk or staff on-site, so getting assistance is difficult. Additionally, the property description is misleading, and the location is much farther from the airport than expected.*there is also no soap, Shampoo..*. This hotel( motel) is located at residential area, actually is in alley. No staffs at site, no English. On hotel.com it’s marked as “3 stars”, it’s a scam.
